From the project inquiry to a shared record
On October 14, 2026, we verified the connection between Masterline’s construction website and Masterline IQ. Website inquiries now arrive with their original form answers and a clear record of the originating site. Campaign attribution is retained when available.
This website is one of five Masterline and NCRC sites connected through the intake update. Centralizing the record does not turn every submission into the same kind of opportunity: a construction inquiry should remain understandable as a construction inquiry.
Preserve the information needed for project review
General contractors and project teams need a clear way to start a conversation about commercial plumbing work. The submitted information helps our team review the inquiry and determine which questions need to come next.
This update does not automatically produce an estimate, accept a contract, create a work order, or commit a crew. It connects the first inquiry to the review process while keeping the original answers intact.
The next step is a connected customer lifecycle
The intake integration is live and verified. A broader lifecycle workflow is being prepared to connect customer relationships, Sales ownership, stages, next actions, and history to verified estimates, work orders, and invoices. That expansion is not yet released.
We are also not claiming that this change has already reduced estimating time or improved conversion. Those outcomes would need to be measured through actual use.
Start with a well-defined inquiry
If you are planning a commercial plumbing project, use the project inquiry form to explain the work and the context available. The bid-package checklist can help you organize the discussion.
The practical goal is straightforward: keep the beginning of the conversation connected so the next person can review what was actually submitted.
