Masterline story · September 15, 2026

A 20-year relationship comes full circle.

NCRC was Masterline’s first customer. Today, NCRC is a Masterline brand—and the plumbing crews that grew from that early opportunity are helping support a nationwide facilities future.

The first customer believed in the crew

When Masterline was just beginning, NCRC founder Dave Marabella gave the company an opportunity to perform. NCRC became Masterline’s first customer. That early work helped a young plumbing company prove what it could do.

Dave and Masterline owner Mike Yslava kept working together for more than two decades. Their companies changed, their teams grew, and the relationship held. Today, Masterline has acquired NCRC.

For the plumbing side of Masterline, the milestone is personal. It connects the company’s first chapter—earning trust one job at a time—to a new chapter of serving facilities customers across all 50 states.

Field capacity changes what is possible

Masterline Plumbing has grown around direct execution: trained employees, project leadership, branded vehicles, company-owned equipment, and crews that understand commercial environments. That field foundation now sits behind a larger facilities platform.

In Masterline’s core markets, the combined organization can use its own plumbing and facilities teams. Across the country, NCRC can coordinate trusted providers through its nationwide network. Customers gain national reach without losing the benefit of direct trade capability where Masterline self-performs.

Construction remains focused

Masterline Plumbing will continue serving general contractors and project teams on commercial plumbing construction in Southern California. The NCRC acquisition does not replace that focus. It expands the larger organization’s ability to support ongoing facilities needs after a project opens and across a customer’s broader footprint.

The same standard, carried farther

The acquisition gives Masterline more scale, but the standard is still the one learned in the field: answer the call, understand the scope, own the handoff, document the work, and protect the relationship. NCRC helped Masterline establish that record. Now both companies will carry it forward together.

From first job to next chapter

The work built the relationship.

This handoff reflects more than a signed transaction. It reflects the trust earned by two operating companies over decades.
